The feature rich MPSXX Air Data Test Set range enable fast calibration of altimeters, airspeed indicators, Mach gauges, vertical speed indicators, Air Data Computers (ADC), testing of Angle of Attack (AoA) system probes and other avionic pitot-static parts. Characteristics include:

Twin channel instruments in the range include the ultra compact MPS43 that weighs under 4Kg while providing full automatic control with RVSM precision. In addition to our latest civil range ADTS, the MPS45 we also have the MPS34C that provides lab accuracy on the flightline. The 3 station string of instruments control three pressures individually and individually to check the Angle of Attack (AoA) as well as Static Electricity and Pitot pressures, for use with 'Smart' kind pitot tubes. Our latest 3 channel device is the MPS49 with the MPS39C also being available. The MPS40C is a 4 station ADTS with 2 channels of AoA.
The newest MPS45 and test sets that were MPS49 offer up to 12 switched output interfaces, lengthy calibration period and other improved specifications and capabilities.

All the ramp/flight line ADTS are mobile and may also be used in the lab. ADWIN PC applications allows control of the evaluation systems from a normal PC. In all versions low power consumption allows the greatest accuracy available today and creates minimal heat. Optionally the ADTS can be remotely controlled by a tablet PC with Bluetooth connection (no cables required). The user interface ensures all the functions are readily controlled with a minimum of key strokes. The instruments are prepared for use and within the accuracy band at the judgment of the initialisation / self test procedure.
All the Air Data Test Sets have battery power either fitted as standard or available as an option. This enables the evaluation sets to be operated away from ac power or to continue to be used during power failure. The streamlined MPS43 has battery power just for safe return to ground conditions.
All models are furnished complete with internal pumps running 'on demand' to achieve maximum life duration and low electrical power consumption. Noise level is very low, a welcome feature when the ADTS is employed in the workshop.
30 User evaluation profiles are executable and programmable , each with 26 test points, empowering insistent tests such as for instance FAR43 testing to easily be performed with high repeatability.
Calibration is achieved through user correction of calibration constants with no requirement for hardware adjustments.

The MPS46 is digitally controlled through a keyboard, it uses quite high precision pressure detectors, with an unique characterisation for maximum accuracy (for static channel 2 feet at sea level). Pressure resolution of 0.2 Pa.is also achievable. The intuitive user interface with touch screen display ensures that all the functions are controlled with at least key presses . The ADTS can be used in avionics ATE systems (stand height only 2U) for automated pitot-static testing through RS232, USB, Ethernet or GPIB/IEEE488.
